Marketplace Retail Operations

The core of our business: running storefronts on leading U.S. marketplaces and keeping them in good standing.

  • Pricing management and catalog upkeep across active listings
  • Monitoring account health and operating within each marketplace’s policies

Sourcing & Merchandising

Behind every listing is a sourcing decision. We select products and coordinate with suppliers so that what we sell is worth selling.

  • Evaluating and selecting consumer products suited to marketplace retail
  • Coordinating with suppliers on specifications, packaging and lead times
  • Reviewing product quality and labeling before products go on sale
  • Planning assortment so the catalog stays coherent and serviceable

Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

Orders only count when they arrive. We coordinate the logistics chain from supplier to buyer.

  • Coordinating inbound shipments and inventory placement
  • Fulfilling orders through marketplace fulfillment programs and logistics providers
  • Tracking shipments and resolving delivery exceptions
  • Handling returns so buyers and marketplaces are made whole

Customer Service

Retail is a service business. We answer to the people who buy from us, on the channels the marketplaces provide.

  • Responding to pre-sale product questions
  • Resolving order issues — delays, damage, wrong items — directly with buyers
  • Processing returns and refunds under marketplace policies
  • Feeding recurring customer feedback back into sourcing and listing decisions
